MASTERPLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT TO INFORM FUTURE DECISION-MAKING FOR ST HILDA’S ANGLICAN SCHOOL FOR GIRLS
Key Aspects
The Place Development team were engaged in 2024 to produce a development macroplan specific to the sports precinct at St Hilda’s Anglican School.
The process was highly inclusive of project working groups and key stakeholders - with workshops conducted to both audit current arrangement and determine the required future direction of the precinct.
The resulting macroplan report presented multiple scenarios for future development opportunities to deliver a progressive precinct to embrace the school’s “culture of care”.
This scope has led to engagement for a wider development masterplan for the school which is currently underway. Both development frameworks have been undertaken to enable effective future decision-making for the school.
