MASTERPLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT TO INFORM FUTURE DECISION-MAKING FOR ST HILDA’S ANGLICAN SCHOOL FOR GIRLS

Key Aspects

Place Development was engaged in 2024 to produce a development macroplan specific to the sports, health and leadership precinct at St Hilda’s Anglican School.

The process was highly inclusive of project working groups and key stakeholders - with workshops conducted to both audit current the arrangement and explore the future development direction of the precinct.

The resulting macroplan report presented multiple scenarios for future development opportunities to deliver a progressive precinct to embrace the school’s “culture of care”.

This scope led to Place’s further engagement to lead a wider development masterplan for the school in its entirety, which was completed in early March 2025.

Both development frameworks have been undertaken to enable effective future decision-making for the school.
