BRINGING NEW LIFE TO A MUCH-LOVED NEIGHBOURHOOD IN WHAT IS PART OF THE LARGEST PUBLIC PRIVATE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT IN FREMANTLE’S HISTORY.

Key Aspects

FOMO, located in the heart of the Kings Square development in Fremantle, incorporates the redevelopment of the former Myer building, the Queensgate building, and Queensgate carpark into a contemporary laneway retail and dining destination.

The project brings together art, architecture, culture, retail, food and experience. Under a public private partnership, the development will also deliver a new administration and civic centres for the City of Fremantle.

The development is forming a key component of the revitalisation of Fremantle City and is connecting the heart of Fremantle to an urban retail and office space environment.
